You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage. You represent and warrant such information is accurate and complete and that you have the rights to provide it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account.

We strive for accurate presentation of products and services, but colors and appearance can vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or appear exactly as rendered. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully prior to submission; we may be unable to cancel after acceptance. Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products are printed and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Typical fulfillment time is 3–7 business days, after which orders ship with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the recipient. For EU-bound orders fulfilled from EU facilities, Printful handles VAT compliance.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, audio/video, and the design/arrangement thereof on the Services are owned by Toad Bone, Fret Fire Productions, or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated. “Toad Bone” names, logos, product/service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Toad Bone or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party tools accessible via the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. Future features or resources form part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.

Toad Bone is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases in our store are made directly with Toad Bone. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Toad Bone. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Toad Bone.
