Thank you for shopping at Toad Bone – Official Store, operated by Fret Fire Productions.
We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. This policy explains how our shipping process works for both U.S. and international customers.
Order Processing Time
All products are printed and fulfilled on-demand by our production partner Printful.
Orders typically take 3 – 7 business days to process before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Free U.S. Shipping on All Orders.
After fulfillment, most orders arrive within 3 – 5 business days depending on carrier transit times and destination. Tracking details are provided via email once available.
International Shipping
We currently ship to a select list of international countries including (but not limited to):
Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and others.
- Flat-rate international shipping: $12.99 USD per order.
- Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after fulfillment (which takes 2–5 business days), but may take up to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing times.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country’s customs authority.
Orders fulfilled from Printful’s EU facilities (Latvia and Spain) automatically include VAT handling in compliance with European Union regulations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
You can also check your tracking status anytime by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at support@toadbone.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed, please verify the tracking information and check with your local carrier first.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@toadbone.com and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins.
Returns and Replacements
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues because each item is custom-printed on demand.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
