Overview

Thank you for shopping at Toad Bone – Official Store, operated by Fret Fire Productions.
Each item in our store is made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printful, which allows us to create unique products just for you.
Because of this production method, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or color preferences.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any printing or manufacturing issue:

  1. Email support@toadbone.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We may request the defective item be returned or disposed of per Printful’s instructions before issuing a replacement.


Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • First, check your tracking link and contact your local postal carrier.
  • If the package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@toadbone.com, and we’ll coordinate with Printful to investigate and replace it if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color choices
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed with an incorrect address provided at checkout

Please double-check your order details before submitting.


Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and moved into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we’ll do our best to stop fulfillment before printing begins — but we can’t guarantee changes after that point.


Digital Downloads

Digital products such as music or artwork files are non-refundable once delivered.
If you encounter a download issue, contact us and we’ll assist in resending your files.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
