Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most items are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States. International orders have a flat $12.99 shipping rate.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
After that, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 7–15 business days for international orders, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Just contact us at support@toadbone.com within 14 days of delivery.
Where do I send returns?
All returns are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please contact us first before sending anything back — we’ll provide the return instructions.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t keep extra stock for size exchanges. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.
